Lacto-Fermented Hot Sauce + Mud Creek Yuzu Purée.

Lacto-fermented Yuzu Citrus from Mud Creek Ranch.  We let the Yuzu ferment for 8 weeks and then blend the rind, pulp, and liquid for a delicious fermented addition to your meal.  Usually you'd find this with Meyers but we did this same process with Yuzu and it's incredible -- (Think yuzu Kosho -- we even add some of our hot sauce (or the mash for a similar experience).  Use with rice, with a subtle fish, add to roasted vegetables, or use as a salt replacement... A little goes a long way :) 

There is very little of this and once it's gone...it's gone until next year.

Fresh market jalapeños (deseeded & destemmed) fermented with fine Italian sea salt for 6-8 weeks & blended with white vinegar, creating a truly tangy, rich, bright flavor.

This sauce is the foundation in our sorrel and crispy rice bowls, and even an ingredient in our tzatziki!
