Lacto-fermented Yuzu Citrus from Mud Creek Ranch.  We let the Yuzu ferment for 8 weeks and then blend the rind, pulp, and liquid for a delicious fermented addition to your meal.  Usually you'd find this with Meyers but we did this same process with Yuzu and it's incredible -- (Think yuzu Kosho -- we even add some of our hot sauce (or the mash for a similar experience).  Use with rice, with a subtle fish, add to roasted vegetables, or use as a salt replacement... A little goes a long way :) 

There is very little of this and once it's's gone until next year.
