Lacto-fermented Meyer lemons from Rick's Produce.  We let the Meyer lemons ferment for 8 weeks and then blend the rind, pulp, and liquid for a delicious fermented addition to your meal.  This is what we use in our sorrel pesto rice bowl and is wonderful cooked with chicken, added to roasted vegetables, used as a salt replacement, or as a part of a salad dressing.    A little goes a long way :) 

This is only around every so often as it is a long process that yield only a little extra for retail!
