Back in stock - the Organic Brown Rice from our best friends at Koda Farm. We use this rice for Sorrel Rice Bowls and Crispy Rice Salads. The Backbone of Sqirl! 1 pound of the most joyful rice. Cook it like Quinoa - just in a pot of boiling water. Taste test to ensure it's ready.
Then strain - and we wash it with cold water - but that's because we put it in a rice warmer - and that way the starches don't build up or the rice keeps cooking. If you are going to eat right away, perhaps you just strain and enjoy. Just sharing tips here!
