Introducing another wild & tasty collab with Team Hapa Honey! Our favorite family of SoCal beekeepers and Sqirl have created a special new product: Happy Honey's Wildflower creamed honey whipped with Sqirl's lacto-fermented organic yuzu (grown by our friends at Rancho del Sol, the first farm Jessica ever worked with when she started Sqirl in 2011!).

Yuzus are a hybrid of mandarin oranges and the ichang papeda citrus plant--they are round and yellowish and highly aromatic, a current cult favorite of California chefs in the wintertime. We ferment the yuzus, and then dehydrate just the skins, which are then buzzed and creamed into the honey to product a tangy, fragrant, probiotic-rich blonde honey perfect for spreading over crunchy toast, to dressing up a charcuterie platter or drizzling onto freshly baked scones.
