Raspberries + Fresh Lavender

McGrath Family Farm grows only a small amount of raspberries as the variety they plant (Liberty) are highly perishable and also extremely fragile. Their raspberries are available at the same time that their fresh lavender enters its peak - and so we preserve the two as a time stamp of the season.
